Anyone and everyone. We work with everyone from all backgrounds, goals, and budgets, and brands. Our bread and butter is real estate firms around the DC area but this is by no means exclusive!

We think gifting services comes in steps and includes a few elements. First, we focus on packing and presentation to create a memorable first impression. Second, comes the contents inside the gift box which reflects the appropriate aesthetic for the recipient. Last, we finish it off with a "bow" and include a notecard that can be customized to welcome residents, thank a business partner, or even just a personal note. Throughout all of this we consider branding, logo gift tags, logo notecards, color scheme, design etc. There's a lot that goes into packing and presentation and we can customize to fit your needs!

Yes, we can include these items for you as long as you can get them to us & arrive at least 7 days before the gifting date. This includes paper items and gift contents.

Pricing

We have a minimum order of 15 gift boxes. If you require something different we would still love to chat to see if we can accommodate your needs. Reach out here.

We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or check. We are invoiced through Quickbooks. Please note that if you wish to pay with a credit card, you agree to pay 3% transaction fee.

Pricing typically starts at $25 and up per box. We can give you the exact quote after discussing your needs and scope.

Your gift proposal that you will receive after filling out the quick contact form includes local delivery. Shipping fees are not included in the propsoal price as this will be an additonal fee that is caluclated seperately.

Process

We require at least 12 business days plus transit time for custom. If production time will exceed the lead time outline above we will reach out and provide you with an accurate ETA based on the size of your order.

We primarily hand deliver within 15 miles of DC but we have expanded and will take care of wherever you need the gifts delivered!

We have two options here! The first is shipping - we use various carriers depending on the destination location.
The second option is local hand delivery service - we offer concierge hand delivery service in the DC/MD/VA for bulk orders for apartments & corporate/events. Have questions about this? Please just include when you fill out our contact form.
